.....This basket has a very deep patina and is in excellent condition. The body is woven bamboo and the base and trim are rattan. The string is made from rolled bark fibre.

Three classic Sasak rice baskets that can be purchased individually or as a group. These three pieces are of similar vintage and can nest inside of each other - minimizing shipping costs as lighter items travel by volume instead of actual weight.

The patinas are mature and the condition of the artifacts - very good to excellent.

The largest and oldest of the three baskets is missing it's wooden foot and has minimal breakage in the weave at the stress points in the bottom corners.
